The principal, Gerard Kelly BSc(Hons) RIBA CIArb FRSA, is a chartered architect with more than forty years experience in the UK construction industry gained on projects af every size and type.
The smallest of his previous projects have been worth just a few thousand pounds and the largest was a £56½ million pound town centre redevelopment project in north London, involving a new road/rail interchange for Transport London, the refurbishment of a large open market (whilst it remained open) a very large fitness centre with two swimming pools and a diving pool, and a number of commercial stores.
